I had the most fun tonite then ever before!!! There were only 3 ladies including me. So my senei told us to go & get a staff & I just kinda stood there in total awesomeness thinking ok is he really talking to me to besides the other 2 ladies there!! My sensei teach me 1-4 staff forms which is super easy to remember!!! It was supper fun!!!

Learning the staff is great fun! Make sure you keep up the practice at home with something that will pass for a staff if you dont have your own yet.

Im going to buy one right away! But i have sent an e-mail to my sensei asking if there was a specific type of staff that he wants his students to have.
But how do you get your hands from not being sore anymore from spinning the staff???
